Hot Bed Press
Hot Bed Press is a specialist centre for creative printmaking providing access to professional facilities. We offer support and expertise to everyone with an interest in printmaking and book arts. Membership is open to all.
We have spacious well equipped facilities for screenprinting, etching, relief printing, letterpress, book arts and much more besides. There are Technicians and Studio Volunteers on hand to help and advise during all open access.
An extensive education programme offers a diverse range of courses across weekends, and evenings plus our year-long Complete Printmaker, Book Artist and Letterpress courses give a fuller experience over a year and come with materials, membership and an additional 4 hours access a week.
We champion printmaking through exchanges, exhibitions, events and outreach activities. We also support artists with placements, volunteer schemes, residencies, scholarships and research fellowships.
We have a range of membership options staring at £6.25 a month. Members can use the facilities for just £3.00 an hour. We are open 5 days a week, 10am – 5pm, plus Thursday evening until 9pm and the last Saturday of every month, 10am – 5pm.
