Our Complete Printmaker and Complete Book Artist courses are already booking up well for the 2014. We are half way through the first year of running The Complete Printmaker and everyone has been having a great time and learning lots, with comments such as ‘This is more than I learnt on all 3 years of my degree course’ and ‘Can we continue for a second year?’, it’s clearly just what was needed.
We announced The Complete Book Artist a short while ago to which also starts in January 2014, and covers everything book arts, from folding and stitching, learning a myriad of book structures and exploring narrative to planning and printing with relief print, screenprint and letterpress. Guest tutors will be brought in alongside the tutor Sylvia Waltering who teaches at MMU and is co-conspirator with Lucy May Schofield on Battenburg Press.
