Happy 2013 to all our friends and fellow printmakers. We are really looking forward to this next 12 months. There’s a lot already planned. Most importantly we are really excited to announce that we are employing a Technician from 7th January. Martin Kochany will be working 22 hours a week, (Monday afternoons, 1pm – 5pm, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 10am – 5pm and Thursday evenings, 5pm – 9pm).

This is something we have been moving towards for some time. The Technician, in addition to our wonderful volunteer Studio Managers who have done so much to manage the workshop for all these years, will mean we have even more support and expert advice on hand for all members and will help us build an even better printmaking facility/environment.

We are also pleased to announce new equipment donated by MMU. We have a new etching press a metal guillotine and a Columbian Press which will be set into their new home with a bit of tender care and refurbishment in the next few weeks. THANKS to MMU for their comntinued suport
