We are proud to be one of the best equipped open access print workshops in the UK, with excellent facilities for screenprinting, etching, relief printing, letterpress and lots more besides. Our workshop is big and spacious and in 2017 we bought our building allowing us to plan for even bigger and better resources.

Plans for a ground floor expansion are on hold. But they will happen! We have ambitions for doubling up our workshop on two huge floors to be able to run workshops and outreach for schools, as well as having disabled access, all at the same time as allowing access to some of our 280+ members.

In the meantime we are using the ground floor as a temporary events and exhibitions space, mainly for our own exhibitions and events, but also working with partners and other arts organisations. It’s all in the planning stages but exciting things will be happening with more to be announced.

We are also working on a new website and a full new branding for Hot Bed Press in 2023. Part of an overall ambitious package of expansion, development and improvements it’s all looking exciting for the year ahead.
