Cancellations Policy

Please be advised that we take provisional bookings by phone and e-mail. We recommend that you telephone your booking in first and then send off the booking form as we get heavy demand for courses which sometimes book up in a day!

A provisional booking reserves the place on a course for 10 days, giving you time to send in your cheque. The place is only guaranteed and confirmed on receipt of payment in full.

Closer to the time of the course, (usually about a fortnight before the course), you will receive information on what to bring and expect on the course, but if you need to know more before this please contact us, and we will do everything we can to answer your questions.

We never cancel courses. However, if you have to cancel your booking we require at least 2 weeks notice to fill your place. In this case we will refund you with a free booking on another or future course for the equivalent amount.

If we receive less than 2 weeks notice we cannot guarantee a refund unless we can fill your place. We will do everything we can to fill your place and often have reserve lists, but the shorter the notice the less likely that someone can change their plans and fill the place!

There are very rare occasions when we have to postpone a course due to tutor sickness or unforeseen circumstances. In this instance we would offer a place on the rearranged dates or another course. If neither of these are suited to you we would offer a full refund.
